Dealerships and their authorized sales representatives maintain full control and ownership of all vehicle and customer data.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties without your consent. Any sharing is limited to fulfilling your requests or providing our services.

11. Dealership and Inventory Data

When dealerships subscribe to Drift, we access vehicle inventory data solely to enable our services. We:

• Do not sell or share dealership inventory data with third parties
• Do not use customer contact information obtained through dealership systems for our own marketing
• Store inventory data securely and delete it upon account termination
• Only share vehicle data at the explicit direction of the dealership or their authorized sales representatives

Dealerships retain full ownership of their inventory and customer data. Drift acts solely as a service provider to facilitate sales representatives' marketing activities.
